Part of a massive operation to extract vital resources after decades of war with a terrifying threat known as the Scavs, Jack’s mission is nearly complete. Living in and patrolling the breath-taking skies from thousands of feet above, his soaring existence is brought crashing down when he rescues a beautiful stranger from a downed spacecraft. Her arrival triggers a chain of events that forces him to question everything he knows and puts the fate in his hands.

I was surprised how good this movie was. I just ordered it on a whim as I quite like Tom Cruise and it was a great low price. If you like sci-fi I would definitely give this one a shot, it seems a little slow at first but soon heats up and spins an interesting story that isn't completely predictable. All in all a good movie with Cruise playing the type of role that suits him, big thumbs up form me and my partner.
Oblivion is a fast paced action movie full of futuristic imagery. Could this be a vision of the world's inevitable future?
I thought Oblivion would be another epic Tom Cruise movie, to then just be highly disappointed. It was the biggest waste of 2 hours watching a film that made me fall asleep midway through, I woke up and I had not missed anything.
Oblivion is just great.
Oblivion is a fun movie. Tom Cruise is good as he always is.
