Happily married couple Jess and Ryan have a seemingly perfect life. But when Ryan’s troubled brother Roman re-enters their life, things take a sinister turn. Involved in a freak accident, rival brothers both end up comatose and Roman wakes up claiming to be Ryan it’s up to Jess to answer the question: could he really be her beloved husband or  is he there something much more evil at work?
