This third and final series of thirteen episodes follows the fortunes of the brave men and women who make up the Brussels-based Lifeline evasion network during the last days of the war. They include: Albert Foiret owner of the Candide whose past is about to catch up with him; his partner Monique Duchamps who is keen to prove that she can cope without him; beautiful Natalie Chantrens who has helped hundreds of evaders down the line; and farmer Alain Muny who maintains crucial communications with London.
