Ambivalent but not forgotten
Rob has done worse in the past. But the meeting of seventies horror, flower power, a joint and some excellent actors from my youth sure made an impression, as did the ending!

Another Rob Zombie Success!
"I am a big horror fan, and love Rob Zombies work. He brings together witchcraft and satanic cults in The Lords of Salem, to create a chilling tale of the birth of the anti-christ. With incredible acting from lead Sheri Moon Zombie (wife of Rob), and a FANTASTIC soundtrack, The Lords of Salem manages to draw parallels with biblical stories in an eerie and twisted way. I would recommend this film to fans of the horror genre, particularly those who enjoyed The Exorcist and The Omen. Fans of music will also enjoy this release for the incredible soundtrack."
