In fact, they have only just met, and their honeymoon is merely a cover for an assignation from Washington; Eve is a secret agent and Smith is a prominent American virologist. They have been instructed to rendezvous at Victoria station with a Hungarian scientist who has vital information about biological warfare which he refuses to disclose to anybody but an American scientist...
