The combination of a first-rate script and outstanding actors, makes The Street - The Complete Series 1-3 some of the best TV viewing. Jimmy McGovern has an incredible knack with scripts for which he is rightly award-winnning. And the actors chosen to fill his roles could not be bettered. Overall, it's a very satisfying present day drama.
