Another opportunity

What we have before us in The Twilight Zone - Season Four is an original, although slightly digested human spiritual creation. Unpredictable, unique, and by all means, irreducible to its material settings which are buried deep in the unexplored regions of our collective mind and soul. I have always felt that all the things that matter to us are exemplified perfectly by the intense longing and hope that are palpably present in one of the greatest episodes of the Twilight Zone, namely, in Walking Distance, where Martin Sloane's wish was so cruelly denied, sending him back to his frustrating reality, with no hope of redemption. However, Rod Serling's sympathy for all the losers of this world is the defining characteristic of his beloved series, and it reaches its definitive climax in one of the episodes from the fourth season. Which means that, after watching Miniature with Robert Duvall in the leading role, you finally feel you are getting exactly the stuff that were so savagely negated to Matin Sloane. You feel you're getting another opportunity, and return to your long lost home.

Classic tv.

The Twilight Zone - season four - the original series is just sheer classic telly. All of the stories are excellent and you will not be able to sit down and just watch one episode. You will find yourself watching back to back episodes in no time. Classic tv from the 50's & 60's.
