Woody, Buzz Lightyear and the rest of Andy’s toys are back in the eagerly anticipated third instalment that is Toy Story 3! Previous co-director Lee Unkrich takes the helm with a script from Oscar-nominated scribe Michael Arndt (Little Miss Sunshine) to bring the popular computer-animated series back to our screens. Andy is now seventeen and off to college, but what of the fate of his beloved toys? When a mistake accidentally lands them in a daycare centre, their initial joy of being played with soon gives way to horror, as they discover the new children, and the deceptively welcoming new toys, are not all they seem.
With the addition of Barbie’s counterpart Ken, follow the gang as they embark on another adventure that will bring comedy, excitement and, at times, sadness as they struggle to stay together.

Even though this is the third Toy Story instalment it still delivers with new characters and stories, and a lot of good funny moments. Kids will love this and so will anyone in touch with their inner child!
A fine ending to the story. With Andy all grown up and on his way to college, what fate lies in store for Woody & co. I defy anyone whose youth is now a distant memory not to think of what happened to their favourite toys, when Andy says his last goodbye.
Toy Story 3 has to be watched twice to see the things you missed on the first viewing. It appeals to adults as well as children.
Toy story is a classic childhood favourite, but Toy Story 3 is definitely the best one! It touches issues you didn't realise existed, like giving up your childhood toys, and you start to remember your favourite toys as a child. Toy story 3 has the best jokes, a great storyline, and is hilarious for all ages to enjoy! Buy this film! It's definitely one that will be enjoyed for generations.
Woody and the toys are ment to be stored in the attic but Andy's mum gets the wrong box and they end up going to a day care centre.Andy is just about to leave for college so woody and the toys get up to all sorts trying to convince all the other toys at the care home that they are cherished and loved by Andy and were not ment to end up there but stored at his home in the attic.Very funny in places and a great family film to watch
Great - a children's film that won't have you attempting to perform a full-frontal lobotomy whilst being forced to watch it. Not quite as fresh as the first two, but enjoyable all the same.
If like me you watched the first one when you were young, sneaked to cinema to watch the second one as a teenager and are now all grown up, it will tug on your heart strings and you may even shed a tear or two. The plot line is good, lots of jokes and good humour as well as refrences to how the world has moved on since the first Toy Story. Great charcters, new and old, that you will easily fall in love with again. It's a real feel good story and of course has a happy ending but it will leave you feeling guilty about all those treasured toys you lost, threw away or put in the loft!
This was quite simply BRILLANT, we went as an entire family plus grandparents so 3 generations of males, females, children all LOVED it, a truly moving story by Disney that hits all the right buttons, fun, colourful, thoughtful oh yep, and the odd tear! The men cried too!!
Made me cry, in a good way...absoloutely brilliant!!! A wonderful end to a wonderful trilogy, hoping for a Toy Story FOUR!!!
Toy Story 3 is a tired effort to squeeze some more money out of the franchise. If you liked the first two movies you know what to expect but you will be disappointed. It's a shame that more time wasn't spent coming up with a good plot. There are some highlights; The 3D effects are good, Buzz's Spanish is hilarious - comic genius. It is a heart warming feelgood film which kids will get more out than adults.
Excellent and in-keeping with the humour from the first 2 movies. Will not disappoint. A thrilling adventure from start to finish but beware parents, it's not always a happy ending.
I took my 4 year old son to see Toy Story 3 at the cinema. We both really enjoyed the film. The 3rd installment is on par with the 2 previous movies. The animation is fantastic and the voice acting is superb! This is a great film for the entire family and would recomend everyone to go and see it, But make sure you have a few tissuses to hand for the ending. When I took my son there was not a dry eye in the house.
This must be one of the greatest trilogies ever. Unlike most there is no weak episode. This third instalment is heart-warming and has something to appeal to all ages. There is action, romance and plenty of comedy. A must see.
Such an amazing film for all ages. Andy is now grown up and going to college but the toys are all fearful of being dumped at the tip. New toys are featured in the film including Lotso & Ken for Barbie! A real feel good film that will leave you pining for your childhood toys and one that will make you leave the cinema drying your eyes!
This film didn't disappoint, a great sequel. Really funny and great for all audiences. Would recommend
I love this film! I think it's the best of the toy stories. It brings back all of the great characters and lots of great new ones. It brings tears, laughter and a great all round family film. And spanish Buzz is one of the funniest things I seen in ages.
It didnt fail in keeping us hooked. Woody and the gang at its best with new characters thrown in. Some adult humour too. Gripped to your seats and an adventure any kid would love to be on. 15 year toy story and still keeps audiences happy and talking about their films forever. Not quite sure of the sentimental approach guess thats each to their own!!!! A best seller in every right. No matter who you liked good or bad this is a must have for any film fanatic. Enjoy!
This is the best of all the 3 films a MUST for the toy story collection
Wood, Buzz and co are back with the addition of many new toys. Andy is leaving home and the toys are packed up ready to be donated to a local nursery - adventures follow when its not as it seems and Woody longs to be back with Andy. This will be loved by all ages, the adults in our house were laughing louder and crying harder than the children. NOT TO BE MISSED!!!!!
Toy Story 3 had a lot to live up to after the excellent Toy Story 2...but managed it! It's a fabulous film which reunites most of the characters for a final adventure. A but scary for young toddlers at the end...and a tearjerker for all ages...definite MUST HAVE for the shelf
