Warrior princess

Bought for my sister, she was over the moon. Loved watching them myself, the original super hero program before they were everywhere.

Horrible!

The DVDs do not play in any DVD player I've tried! It only works on my laptop and all of them don't work on there either! I want a refund immediately!!!

Great collection!

The collection of all six seasons comes in a great packaging. Each season comes in it's individual case, counting 36 discs in total. This series is a classic and with the upcoming reboot, I advise everyone to cath up on it if they haven't seen it yet. The only downside is that there are no extras but most region 2 dvd's never have them.

New comers will enjoy it too!

Xena: Warrior Princess came as a recommendation from a friend. I had not actually heard of it. I managed to catch a few episodes on TV and thoroughly enjoyed them. Coming across this boxset I couldn't ignore an easy way to catch up with the series at a pace I wanted. The price is also excellent! Such a steal. I think fan and new comers alike can enjoy this box set. Xena is such a wonderful show and though the fight scenes can be laughable (in a good way!) from the old effects you're still eager to keep watching episode after episode. The box smaller than what I expected but very sturdy and hold the 6 cases (all 6 seasons) very nicely. The menus are nice and I think the quality of the episodes are great. The only way of extras you'll find though are on some discs there is an option to scroll through some photos. These are just screen caps taken so it's really not much of a bonus. Overall I'm very pleased with this purchase. Certainly something I'm going to watch again and again.

Great DVD Collection, no Extras

This box contains all 6 seasons of the famous epic series. The quality of the video is very good, considering the years it was produced. The audio is only available in English and there're no subtitles. The menus are great and well made. I did not find this box on other sites to a lower price. The box is sturdy. Unfortunely in doesn't contain any extra. I ordered it from Italy and, despite the distance, arrived on time and in perfect conditions. I'm really satisfied of it.

A great DVD boxset

A Great Purchase for anybody looking for this cult classic series, I highly recommend buying this set with confidence from Zavvi for any Xena, Gabriel and Joxer Fan, excellent thanks!

Xena

Brought it as a Xmas present for my daughter as used to love this series plus it was a bargain buy

Xena box set well worth it

Storyline is great original and compelling the quality of the video is great too considering the date it was released but this ultimate collection the packaging is stylish sturdy very pleased

Xena

Watched it all when on Sky , so glad to have the whole lot to watch again at my leisure and a great price too.

xena warrior princess-The ultimate collection (36 dvd)

I bought this for my wife as she has never seen the series from the beginning. The series is from the mid nineties to early 2000. The series is very good and the actors playing the main leads seem to relish their roles. There is plenty of fighting albeit sometimes comical and far fetched but it is all well acted and a fun programme to watch.
