I desperately needed some new headphones to listen to music at work. After an old pair of Sony earphones broke, I was using some very shoddy earphones scavenged from plane travel, and I really needed something decent and not too expensive. After a quick reivew, these Sony MDR-EX58V Earphones seemed to be quite OK. I had been delighted with the intra-auricular concept after having borrowed one from a friend. So I bought them. I appreciate the analogue control of volume, which is sometimes useful when you want a very, very low sound level. The bass may sometimes be a bit too much for the kind of music I listen to. In the end, I'm quite satisfied.
The Sony MDR-EX58V Earphones are not the best in-ears but they are good value for money.
