Join Mario and his friends anywhere you take your Nintendo DS with Mario Party DS!

Mario Party DS will be the 11th title in the series but this time its on DS.

The game begins with a peaceful day in the Mushroom Kingdom. However, King Bowser invites everyone to his castle. They accept the invite and go to the castle. There, Bowser shrinks Mario and friends to the size of chess pieces. Mario and friends must gather the power of the stars to restore themselves to normal size and defeat Bowser.

As with most Mario Party games, an emphasis will be put on the game's multiplayer aspect. A new element to the series is the use of the download play functionality of the Nintendo DS to allow four people to play wirelessly using only one cartridge.
