Assassin's Creed: Revelations must take you back to the start in order to bring you the end, and the answers to all the questions raised throughout this saga. Trapped in the Animus, Desmond must fully understand his past in order to save his future, and we begin our fateful story once more walking in the footsteps of Ezio Auditore and Altair, the legend himself.
With history as your playground, face both action and adventure as you embark once again on a visually delightful, rich storyline which brings all of the pieces of the puzzle together. Ground-breaking graphics flood the game as you explore the incredibly detailed city of Constantinople, the heart of the Ottoman Empire, with fluid parkour, and brace yourself for another fight to the death against a rising army of Templars. Typical assassination missions task you to stalk, chase and kill your assigned targets, but the grand plot itself comes in to play when Ezio finds clues and keys to Altair's library, with the help of his budding romance with librarian Sophia.
It appears an old dog can learn new tricks, and several additions have been made to this game to make the fight easier. Among these are the hooked hidden blade, providing you with new attack moves, easier wall and building climbing, the use of zip wires, and more. Another helping hand is the brand new bomb crafting ability, which gives you the option to create all different kinds of bombs that can either distract, neutralise or kill. The type completely depends on the combination of the ingredients used, which can be obtained by looting treasure chests, bodies and can also be purchased from various salesmen.
As well as a multi-layered plot to uncover throughout the campaign, Revelations also brings you a new and improved online multiplayer experience, expanded to include new modes, maps and characters to play. Become the master assassin by pitching yourself against others from all around the globe. (Cat Emerson)
Features:
- Become Deadlier Than Ever – Take on the lethal skills of a wiser, more efficient and deadlier Ezio. Swiftly eliminate your adversaries by deploying a new arsenal of weapons and abilities, such as enhanced free-running and hook blade combat. Experience new levels of gameplay customisation with bomb crafting, and use heightened Eagle Vision to overcome your enemies and the environment.
- Test Your Skills Against The Best – A critically acclaimed multiplayer experience gets even better, with all-new team modes and unlimited replay value.
- Experience Revolutionary Gameplay – Explore the farthest reaches of the Animus as you uncover the mysteries of Desmond’s past while gaining insight into what the future might hold.

A must buy for AC fans!
First of all, let me start by saying. that I'm a big Assassin's Creed fan! If you have played the previous titles, then you have to play this one. Even if you are new to the Assassin's Creed series, you will have a blast playing it! Buy it! It's good entertainment for a very low price!

Better than Brotherhood
The movements in Assassin's Creed Revelations Classic are improved and you have more weapons to use. More importantly, it's back in a city, with lots of buildings to climb! But I have to say that the den defense is boring.

Assassin's Creed Revelations Classic
A great game at a good price. I love the Assassin's Creed games, so if you like any of the others then you should like this one too.

AC Complications
In Assassin's Creed Revelations it's great to see Ezio alive and well into middle age now. His world weary persona is palpable and is part of what makes the game so very atmospheric. The very colourful city of Constantinople is another part. It's well worth buying and playing if you loved the three predecessors but this franchise gets more and more complicated with every sequel. At first, that was a good thing but it's definitely gone too far with Revelations. Maybe some people will enjoy 'defending the dens' but I found it such a pain that every time Ezio became the slightest bit notorious, I was searching far and wide for a herald or official. The platforming in the animus gets extremely difficult although Animus Island is fascinating. So, small gripes aside, this is a wonderful game.

Spot on
Assassin's Creed Revelations is a great addition to the series and if you have yet to play it I suggest you do so.

Revelations
Assassin's Creed Revelations promised to connect the dots, promised to be the end of the story of Ezio and his quest for the fruit of Eden. The game does, but it leaves many open doors and the main story of Desmond, remains completely intact. Even though it was the same formula for the third time, the result is good, especially its multiplayer. A big game with much to offer but more changes in the gameplay dynamic would have made it a great game.

Assassin's Creed Revelations Classic
Pretty boring game, not as good as the others.

New skin on old bones
Revelations converges some of the best and enjoyable features the series has to offer, although it is easily discovered that the developers are afraid to change core features which hinder the thrill of being an assassin, like the awkward bonus objectives or the easy-peasy battle system. Most features, like the cart races, feel slapped on. Most of the times that is alright, sometimes it is not. All in all Revelations is a very enjoyable game for AC fans and the best entry yet. But the age is showing.
