Late delivery
Paid for the three to five days delivery on the 29th December, received e-mail on 4th January to say delivery was delayed. Received e-mail today the 8th January to say order dispatched and delivery estimate is the 3rd January. Probably a typo, but still not good service. And do I get a refund of my delivery charge as it has been more than 3 to 5 days? Don't like to complain as I know there can be issues out of your control but you should know when things don't go as planned.
