This is a very well acted, scripted, and produced show. It is engaging, and adds significant depth to the still expanding modern audio-visual franchise of Dune adaptations that begun with Denis Villeneuve's first Dune movie. Dune Prophecy is layered with subtext, pathos, and a genuinely striking mythology that develops certain aspects of the Dune universe in subtle, yet intriguing ways. The 4K Limited Edition Steelbook is truly a work of art, and will be appreciated by anyone who values creative aesthetical design. However, due in part, it appears, to the fact that many of the scenes in this series are somewhat dark in tone, in reference to the lighting composition, the 4K transfer does suffer from some banding issues, yet one is often distracted from this when a mesmerising desert or cityscape visage comes into focus. Ultimately, a first class experience for any discerning cerebral sci-fi fan. Recommended!
