I must admit, this is one stunning steelbook. From the movie poster cover to the amazing illustration that dons the rear, it demands attention. Even if you're not a fan, it's a must own. The embossed edge frame and title are an excellent touch. This is one that will be displayed front and center in my screening room for years to come. I consider myself lucky that this is region free! Classic steelbook for a classic film. The front cover is the original poster design, the 'Conan' lettering is embossed in gold. The back I think, is original artwork from Marvel's Savage sword of Conan comic & the inside artwork is an iconic image of Arnold. A truly gorgeous steelbook. If you love the film then you must have this steelbook, particularly as it's so cheap at the moment.

Fantastic movie for those who have an appreciation for the Conan character. Arnold Schwarzenegger's first portrayal of the King of Thieves does this movie great justice! So much that the "other actor" to portray Conan in a recent movie was a no-contest!!!! The movie is one of my favourite films of both the genre & Arnold. The blu-ray goes in a collectible steelbook & is region free. A definite purchase & a great addition to anyone's collection!!!!

The Steelbook is wonderful. The artwork at the front has a lot of metal effects and a matt finish. The title ist embossed.

SPOILERS AHEAD! Ah-nuld is at his 80s finest-looking in this swords and sandals epic from the brain playground of John Milius. A cracking film with some bone-crunching violence, unfortunately followed by a lacklustre sequel. The steelbook itself is fine but not brilliant. A matte finish with a nice front design of Ah-nuld holding his massive weapon whilst standing behind a buxom lass. Ah, those were the days when video covers could show you a bloke holding his massive thrusting device whilst towering over a cowering blonde with big jugs. As long as you weren't shopping in Soho, of course, where those kinds of videos were (and still are, so I've been told) freely available. Still, this is Conan. So review Conan I shall. It rocks. After all, where else would you get to see Ah-nuld punch a horse in the face and the bloke who did the voice of Darth Vader being decapitated? 2 big thumbs way up.

the film is a must own love them both i hope conan the destroyer and red sonia get the steelbook treatment would love all three in my set the film is great schwarzenegger at his best a great piece of entertainment picture and sound are excellent and the steelbook is great a must buy
