This was a pre-order purchase which didn't come on the day of release, but did come a day later. The Blu-ray arrived very well packaged for the individual item. Ordering was just as easy as it could of been. Overall really pleased with my purchase I really enjoyed the movie and couldn't fault a lot. I'm a really pleased customer yet again.
