So been wanting the Friday the 13th box set for ages but it was never released in the U.K. only the USA. It maybe be several years late but finally the set is releasing in the U.K. fundamentally the same box set that was released in the USA this contains the first 8 movies, one from Warner and the other 7 from Universal/Paramount. The first four movies have their own individual discs with the last four movies spread across two discs. Lots and lots of extras especially for the earlier movies. Only complaints are I wish part V was uncut ( uncut version has never been released ) and that it included the final two movies ( yes I know they are terrible ) Luckily managed to source those two on Blu-ray at a reasonable price.
It was my first time ordering from Zavvi and I will definitely be ordering more in the future. I couldn’t find the box set at any other big retailer at such a great price. My item was delivered in 5 days and that was during the Christmas period.

These films take you back, these were excellent and now in Blu ray what a difference , fanatic picture quality and sound fantastic, I would recommend that if you haven't seen the films, I would buy them as these are worth the money and they're reasonable priced too.
Great quality Blu-Ray transfers of the original 8 Paramount films, countless amounts of great extras and a compact box that doesn’t take up much room at all, only issue with it is the ordering itself, there was a stock delay which meant it took 2 months to be dispatched and arrive, but the end product was worth it, would recommend.
This is a great value boxset, crammed with extras. Yes, a couple of the later films are not included, but it's nice to finally have some of the material you could only get on Scream Factory's Region A set. Shame the packing is so ugly.
A guilty pleasure. Great collection at a great price. If only the cover art was better. Whoever came up with it should get the chop! Camp, camp, camp...
Not a complete set with 2 of the films missing, but for the price you can't go wrong. Nice neat package too that will take up very little space on your shelf. Definitely more of a convenience package than a collectors item. Discs are well laid out and easy to remove/replace.
