Gareth Edwards directs Godzilla, which stars Aaron Taylor-Johnson (Kick-Ass), Oscar® nominee Ken Watanabe (The Last Samurai, Inception), Elizabeth Olsen (Martha Marcy May Marlene), Oscar® winner Juliette Binoche (The English Patient, Cosmopolis), and Sally Hawkins (Blue Jasmine), with Oscar® nominee David Strathairn (Good Night, and Good Luck., The Bourne Legacy) and Bryan Cranston (Argo, TV's Breaking Bad).

I first saw this in the theater and was impressed by the 3D, but my home projector is even better that this increases the experience. If you are a Godzilla fan you'll enjoy this movie! If you are not a Godzilla fan, you might be more on the critical view... but they stay true to the story line and I appreciated this because it showed more of Godzilla's personal identity.
Decent film, good special effects, 3d looks good on a quality tv.
For me , this is my favourit kind of movie. Superb 3D before- and beyond the screen. Monsters fighting, and the good guy wins and survives, knowing the good guy is watching the movie of course. Ps if you're looking for psychologics, don't buy the movie it's straight on action. Although another remake so one star less
