Spider-Man:

Great price for two and a half terrific films (number 3 is a bit bloated with villains!)
The box set is great, although i'm not a fan of the cover art on the three movie cases. The content of the blu-rays is also great, with a lot of extras (bloopers, commentary, trailers), and the blu-ray of the second film contains both the theatrical version and the extended version (+8 mins.).

So what we have here is essentially 2 great movies in a three movie boxset. Spider-man 2 is a fantastic movie, one of the best in the superhero genre and stands head and shoulders above the other two. Spider-man and Spider-man 3 are both good superhero movies with occassional moments of greatness. I’d argue the majourity of Spider-man is excellent with the only real problems being the design of Green Goblin and some overally campy moments. Spider-man 3 is basically a mess. Overstuffed with villians, and some ridicoulous moments of camp (dancing emo Peter, jazz emo Peter, basically any scenes featuring emo Peter). The Sandman story elements are however fantastically well done and make me wish this had been the only villan story line. By taking the best elements of 1 and 3, I am adding it up to be the 2nd of the great movies in this set. As for the blu-ray’s themselves, the picture and sound are definitely an improvement over the dvds, though I’m not sure if they justify the upgrade, also if you are a special features nut, there are fewer in this set than on the original dvds. In fact, Spider-man 3 was at one point released as a 2 disc blu ray edition, here it is only the single disc making this boxset a 3 disc set in total.
Bought these for a present and cannot fault! Fast delivery, exactly what I wanted and the cheapest price I've seen for blurays!

With The Spiderman Trilogy, you can not go wrong as a Christmas present for anybody of any age! The trilogy itself is fantastic and can only be better on blu ray. A must buy!
The Spider-Man Trilogy is an awesome package for an awesome price. You can't go wrong with this trilogy.
The Spider-Man Trilogy is great value, what more could you ask for? Spiderman 1 has the extended version which has some quite entertaining extra bits to it, but the other 2 are just normal versions with the normal extras such as music videos.
The Spider-Man films are good. The service from Zavvi was great and the price is spot-on.
