This is a very touching almost perfect romantic film. It is a moving story that doesnt quite finish as one might have expected were it a more conventional Hollywood/Bollywood production. Yet if it falls short of the idyllic conclusion it would have received elsewhere, it is nevertheless a very satisfying, if ultimately a more realistic ending. In spite of the failure of the characters in the film to seize the opportunities they appear to be presented with, I found the characters likeable and entirely human. Ultimately, the film tells a universal story situated in an exotic setting. Well worth it.
