A burglary results in the gruesome murder of Amanda’s husband. Needing a fresh start, Amanda (Jennifer K. Preston) and her teenage daughter Karli (Isabella Percival) pack their belongings and move to a newly purchased bed and breakfast on the other side of the country. With Amanda struggling to start a new business and Karli missing her friends and girlfriend, the two find themselves confronted by Kyle (Damien Ashley) -- a desperate man in need of shelter.
