Van Helsing is a great fiction movie, full of action sequences and great CGI. The blu ray version has excellent picture and audio quality and is without doubt far superior than the DVD counterpart.
As this film has been available for many years I expect most people like myself who are a fan of this genre have already bought it on dvd. So the big question for me was is it worth buying it again on blu-ray? I'm really glad I took the decision to do so - this is a very good blu-ray transfer with excellent details and colours.

Van Helsing is full of over the top action and effects, nice to see the Universal classic monsters revamped.
What a great film! Looks amazing on blue ray. Go buy people, you wont be sorry!
