I placed a large order on the 2nd of December and this day I still have not received that order. I constantly keep sending emails completely getting ignored on every single email sent. This is the final straw and I’m quite a good customer. I’ve purchased lots from this company and I don’t think I’m gonna be doing business with them anymore.
The t shirt is nice & decent quality but it is let down by zavvi's poor service. I placed an order exactly 1 month ago for 5 t-shirts & so far only 2 have arrived, the other 3 have either not been processed or are still awaiting dispatch & zavvi are ignoring my emails, where's the rest of my order zavvi?!?!
I ordered two shirts both came pretty quickly, they also were perfect fitting as well as being exactly what it looks like on the site.
