I placed an order for two Christmas jumpers, a Large and an Extra-Large, giving plenty of time for delivery before the holidays. They arrived a disappointing one to two weeks later than the stated delivery window. However, the real issues began when I opened the parcel. Quality Control is Non-Existent. The jumpers feature no proper sewn-in size labels, only flimsy card tags that have been clipped through the material with a tagging gun. This immediately made me suspicious, and my fears were confirmed when I attempted to try them on. The XL jumper: Fits comparable to a Medium. The Large jumper: Fits slightly bigger than the 'XL', but is nowhere near a true Large or Extra-Large. It is absolutely clear that the incorrect sizes were attached to the garments. This represents a massive failure in basic quality assurance and tagging processes. Insulting and Self-Serving "Support". I contacted customer support straight away for a replacement, as the mistake was clearly on their part. Their response was infuriating: they would not offer an exchange, only a refund. The price of the item has significantly increased since my initial purchase, and their refusal to correct their own error with a straight swap means I would have to repurchase the jumpers at the higher current price and pay for postage again, unless I bought more items to qualify for free delivery. This is a transparent and abysmal business tactic designed to pressure customers into spending more money to rectify a mistake made by your company. Overall the quality checks are poor, the sizing is completely inaccurate, and the customer service is self-serving and insulting. I am left with two useless, late jumpers and a profound sense of disappointment. Avoid this retailer.

Mum son loves this top washes brilliantly, size is on the slight small side. But for the price I ordered 2 sizes to be safe Colours are lovely feels so soft even after washing. Can't fault the jumper at all. Postage was awful taking nearly 3 weeks to arrive. I wanted to order loads more clothing but didnt because of how bad the delivery was. If you sorted the dispatch time out I'd of brought more and recommend to friends
