The Power Rangers franchise now has over 27 TV seasons with 20 different themes. Beginning in 1993, the space wizard Zordon of Etlar and his robotic sidekick Alpha-5 recruit 5 teenagers with attitude to morph into the eponymous Power Rangers to stop the monsters created by the empress of evil Rite Repulsa.
