I ordered a jumper for Christmas at the start of December, they delivered the jumper 2 sizes too big. I contacted customer service about this, the contact was quick at the start but the responses began to slow down. I asked for a replacement (the size is in stock) but yet to receive it. I then asked for a refund but yet to get a response.

Lots of compliments on his jumper was a bargain although already has stitching come out in a few areas after only a few wears 5 star for looks 3 star for quality Will hopefully be ok for next year

Love this jumper. Wore it on Christmas Day. Super comfy. Happy with this purchase and just what any happy customer would say…  I’ll be back!

Great quality knitted Xmas jumper with large t800 head on the front, has lots of terminator symbols all over it including mini t800's, Lazer guns, targets and "Cyberdyne systems" logos on the back. A great gift for a Terminator fanatic which my brother is and he loved it!

This is a great jumper well made. I went a size up as these jumpers are usually tight fit and I'm glad I did. Had several free.pints bought for me in my local cause of it. Winner winner
