What do you do when your darling daughter marries the biggest idiot you could ever imagine?

When Ken (Davies) and Lorna (Helen Baxendale) collect their daughter, Rachel, from the airport, they are horrified to learn that she's returned from her gap year with more than just a henna tattoo and braids in her hair. At the arrival gate, she promptly introduces them to her new husband, Cuckoo (Samberg), a slacker full of outlandish New Age ideas - every parent's worst nightmare.

Ken and Lorna have no choice but to welcome Cuckoo into their nest but, as he settles in, do they warm to their new, squared-jawed, self-appointed spiritual ninja son-in-law or do they become desperate for him to fledge off?
