Davina - Fitness 5 Super Body Workout

I admit I am a committed couch potato. After seeing other 'yawn' exercise videos which did not inspire at all, Davina McCall's workout did. I jumped up from my sofa as best I could, and was inspired to give it a go. The exercises are helped by the ex-marine and his lovely wife, who was not a tall leggy blonde, but the normal height of you and I. I emphasis the 'I' The music was snappy, and the exercises though tough did help you envisage what you could become 'ahem'. But overall well worth a punt, as the exercises cater for the complete couch potato, and isn't condescending in its tone. I feel this has inspired and informed, you may see the results you wish to have.
