A beautifully animated reimagining of the classic anime series Neon Genesis Evangelion. It keeps closely to the complex emotional themes of the original, whilst improving upon the visual special effects. A definite must-see for fans of the original but sufficiently stand-alone that it will appeal to people new to the series too.
