The final season is brilliant, a return to form after the mediocre season 3. The story is a lot more focused and builds up gradually. The focus more on drama and character development in this volume instead of action and effects like last time. The pace is slower than the previous seasons, with less action but it really feels like the show season 1 created. Just amazing, a worthy finale for a great TV show... However, the end episode is kind of cliffhanger ending
This is the last season of the absolute gem of a programme that was Heroes. Why they decided to cancel it, I have no idea. The characters are brilliant and the storylines are immense. There are so many twists and turns, the only downside for me used to be having to wait a week for the next episode. With this Heroes Season 4 boxset you don't even have that to put up with. If you haven't watched this yet, treat yourself - but be prepared to be out of contact for a couple of days, as once you start watching it, you won't want to stop!
