Used to watch this series on sky, always kept you entertained so when zavvi have it at such a great price it is definitely worth buying even if you've not seen it before. It is full of great missions (stories) with a continuation story in the background. You can watch any episode as a singular or the series's as a whole.

The Unit is à brilliant series about an elite army unit formed to do undercover work. Based òñ Elite Delta Force the episodes are superb.
