This remote control is perfect, easy to use and very complete.
This Remote Cotnrol is an excellent and much improved 2012 design update - has all the features you should have expected from the original remote, but that's Sony for you. It links up easily with my Sony TV, Amp and PS3 making Blu-ray viewing a pleasure. My only slight gripe is that this remote is not as sturdy when placed down on a flat surface due to its cylinder base design underneath making it bit tricky to hold, but that's just me being picky! You won't be disappointed!

I have been watching Blu-rays on my PS3 for a long time without using a remote control. It was very annoying every time i wanted to pause the movie to activate the PS3 remote controller and then hit pause. This remote control came really handy for me as it is the perfect solution to the problem I mentioned above. moreover its button layout is very convenient and I think it was the missing part of the media player experience on my PS3.
with this one, ps3 can be a wireless multimedia player. Its great.
This remote does exactly what it should do. As opposed to the gaming controller, the button layout on the remote is a lot more convenient. Especially when watching a Blu-Ray film with an In-Movie Experience, it's great to have the colored buttons available at all times. Switching between screens and selecting content is much easier. I bought this remote mostly to allow my family to control the PS3, but find myself using it very often while watching movies. It's not the most stylish remote I've ever seen, but it's definitely one of the most useful ones.
I bought this remote more than a year ago. I use my PS3 as a DVD player and with this remote it is so much easier to control everything. I couldn't do without it anymore. If you are watching videos and listening to music on your PS3 don't hesitate...BUY IT!
Yes i know its a guy thing to collect remote control's but this really does make life easy if you use your PS3 as a dvd player. If you dont then may you should as your not getting the most from it as it's got a fantastic blu-ray player on it ! Look past the price and get the most from you PS3, you wont be disapointed.
