
Players must don their detective caps to uncover the culprit of an unexplained disappearance in this mystery title on Nintendo DS.
The wealthy Phil T. Rich has gone missing, alongside his vast fortune, leaving only the millionaire?s mansion to help uncover his whereabouts. Players will need to carefully comb through a number of locations to find Phil, hunting for hidden items and playing short mini-games that include slider puzzles, jigsaws and spot the difference tasks. More typical detective tasks will also need to be performed, including taking the fingerprints of possible suspects. 12 possible suspects make up MillionHeir?s cast, including clockmaker Justine Time and Sherry Blossom the botanist.
The DS?s dual screen set-up is ideal for the mystery solving on offer, allowing players to search through each environment using the DS stylus and touch screen. Each hand-painted area contains hidden clues that must be unveiled to progress. A variety of difficulty modes allow players to either increase the challenge or makes puzzles more inviting during a first playthrough.
With its varied puzzles and light-hearted art style, Mystery Case Files ? MillionHeir is a welcome and fresh addition to a DS catalogue usually light on detective adventures.

This is a fun game, not great for children as there is alot to remember. Graphics are not great and things are not explained very well. I enjoy it but I am simple that way :) the storyline is not very good but I like finding hidden objects. I would not have been happy paying full price. Thanks zavvi
