Following the defeat of the Galactic Empire at the end of Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi, a galaxy far, far away was in need of a new galactic authority. To this end, the New Republic was formed.
Democracy quickly returned to the galaxy, upholding the principles of the Republic prior to the rise of the Empire. Using a small peacekeeping force, the various planets under the New Republic's jurisdiction were kept safe.
As seen in The Mandalorian Season 2, New Republic pilot Carson Teva (Paul Sun-Hyung Lee) attempted to recruit former Rebel shock trooper Cara Dune (Gina Carano) into their ranks. Dune ultimately refused his offer, having left that part of her past behind. Nevertheless, Teva awarded her with a symbol of his gratitude: a Republic medallion.
The Republic Medallion Replica is an exact copy of the one given to Dune, made to full scale. For any fan of The Mandalorian TV series, this is an essential collector's item.
