I was disappointed to learn that after buying the product online I received an email to tell me that the product wasn't in stock. However Zavvi had said that it was coming direct from their distributor and gave an estimated time of Delivery. This too me shows good customer service, however they could try to update their website when possible. As for the product, it is exactly what the previous games have been like. Better quality equipment, decent gameplay, always fun with a group of friends around and boxed pretty well.
