The pros: -) a game unlike any other I know -) makes good use of Wii-controllers -) co-op mode for 2 players The cons: -) bad and sometimes unintended entertaining dialogues -) sometimes insanely difficulty (and it doesn't increase continuously but alternates between "that was easy" and "how am I supposed to do that?!") -) missions are interrupted by events (as soon as such an event occurs the game is paused and you have to press a button to continue - that's highly irritating if you are in the middle of a delicate situation where you need to focus and act carefully) -) if you fail a mission then it's "game over" My conclusion: There is a lot more potential in the game than the developers managed to pull out. But at the current price I'd say you don't do anything wrong if you give it a try but make sure you have someone to assist you on difficult missions. For myself I don't regret the purchase since the game is unique. If possible I'd have given 3 and a half star.
The Trauma Centre series has been great on both DS and Wii, and this entry is no exception. Whereas the previous Wii entry was a port of the DS game, this game has a completely new story and set of levels. It will keep you busy for quite some time and has the same addicting gameplay and entertaining story the other games have as well. Highly recommended!
