The Sega Megadrive Ultimate Collection has a really decent set of games with such old chestnuts as Sonic one two and three, and Streets of Rage as well. Seriously cool game, well worth getting.

The Sega Megadrive Ultimate Collection is brilliant. It took me back to my younger days playing on Sonic which is still one of the greatest ever games, got my butt kicked on Streets of rage though, think I'm a bit rusty.

Over 40 complete classic games for this price? WOW, this is a must-have for any Mega Drive ex-owner!! How many long nights spent playing Streets of Rage and Golden Axe with my cousin!! And now we can remember those moments again in a PS3! And Comix Zone, such a great game when I was a kid. I was dying to play it again! Also, this pack includes tons of extras, such as video, images and special notes to the fans!

This is a very good collection of nostalgic games, taking us back to old school gaming with lots of ease. It's warming to see how well the modern touch has given these games the spice they once needed.

I bought Sega Mega Drive Ultimate Collection mainly because of the Sonic games. The other games are okay but half of them I didn't know and after playing I'm not sorry about having missed them back in the 90s. Why only 1 star? You have to play through most or maybe all of these games in a single session as there is no save function! I don't have neither the patience nor the time for that. Too archaic for me.

I never head a sega mega drive because I started my "gaming carrier" with Nintendo's SNES. I had a lot of fun with the thick plumber but also always wanted to race through the world with Sonic! That's why I bought this Collection. You get a giant bunch of games, some good, the most not so good. The best is without a doubt the Sonic series with this six titles: Sonic 3D Blast Sonic and Knuckles Sonic Spinball Sonic The Hedgehog Sonic The Hedgehog 2 Sonic The Hedgehog 3 The greatest shortcoming of the Sega Mega Drive Ultimate Collection is that you cannot create savegames. You must play from start to beginning in one playthrough. This is a no-go for me.

A great game that allows you to relive the old days of Sega classics too important to the Sonics, the Phantasy Star and many more .. Noteworthy that there is to play more to unlock some of the games. A very good buy for.

I am very satisfied with this Sega Mega Drive Ultimate Collection. Main reason for my choice are my four year old twins, because I want to introduce them to games and the PS3 world. This collection is excellent for that. Old games like Sonic and many others are a good place to start, and are perfect for little kids. In future, I will buy other newer games for my kids, for their next steps in the Playstation world. I can recommend this collection to anyone who likes old games, and for anyone who has kids, for the same reasons as mine. Final conclusion: 100% recommendation for this collection!

I was a little disappointed with this game as i thought the games would have been updated grahic wise but even the graininess is there which even though i bought it because it was the old games we used to play i thought they would have enhanced the pictures at least. So if you want to be transported back 15 to 20 years ago then this is for you enjoy.
