A great multi player experience !

4 stars out of a maximum of 5

As a single player game your really do feel like your having a solitary experience, it's ok but not thrilling. Where borderlands comes into its own is when you get to play it as a multiplayer game. It was awesome fun when playing online with friends. Spoilt with the huge number of weapons to choose from. The story line is engaging and addictive, but definately a game to play on xbox live for maximum pleasure.

Awesome in a box

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

If you're looking for an addictive FPS RPG with a massive scope and massive replayability, then look no further. Borderlands sets itself apart from other Diablo 'clones' by being unashamedly easy to play. It incorporates its distinct FPS and RPG themes into what I like to call a shoot and loot style. Millions of weapons and skill combinations as well as the ability to multiplay make this easily a 10 hour romp in the wastelands of Pandora but if you (like me) are a loot fiend then you too will spend north of 30-50 hours playing this game (due mainly to multiple playthroughs retaining past skills and loot). I recomend this game to anyone but especially those who want to get maximum use of their consoles ability to network and multiplay with other party members to maximise the experiance. Awesome game 5/5
