Battling through American suburbs and city streets can be a tense, knuckle gripping experience. as smoke rises from homes and business torn apart by war American flags and recognizable commercial logos lie burnt and tattered. It shows its age a little with some of the textures and use of colors so enemies and the environment are sometimes indistinguishable from one another Other than that a great game and I had a blast

Awesome package! Came with add-ons and Steelbook, so it's worth the money. Single Player mode Is fun but pretty slow because you always need to follow the CPU. The multiplayer is very good but I'm an Xbox player so PC multiplayer feels like house to me!

Homefront has a good story idea, the opening sequence is well done, and the set pieces are good, but there are some problems with Homefront that stop it being as good as games like Call of Duty. I can't quite set the sensitivity on the controls to be just right and controls in general seem a little less than ideal. There are a number of glitches I've expierienced in the game and sometimes it can be hard to make the AI characters move forward. A number of times I had to stand around for a while or stand in a specific spot on the floor to move forward. I've also found that the animations are a bit jerky at times. Overall, it seems like the idea behind the game is great and it's fun to play, but the polish isn't there to take it that last 10% and move it from a good game to a great game.

I picked this game up for £11, and I have to say the multiplayer is pretty awesome, its a mixture of COD and Battlefield, the only reason it gets 4 stars from me is the short single player. I highly recommend people grab this game, its a bargain, so far i'm enjoying the game, the graphics and sound quality is very good, got it running on max settings at 1920x1080 and I get a between 60-90fps on the following system: 2500K 8GB ram Gigabyte HD5870 SOC SSD

I've seen a few shots from this game years back and the way it felt was like Half Life 2 mixed with some on-going war, and now that I've seen more its like Half Life 2 mixed with some Call of Duty, That may seem bad to some, and good to some but I think its good. And I do know that the game has some strong scene's and lots of action. I've been waiting for this ever since I saw a little footage, I forgot the name but here it is. Giving it 5 stars now might seem overrated, but this is what I think this game deserves
