A friend of mine recommended that I buy Fallout 3 and since it's really cheap I thought "why not?". At first it took a while for me to really get into the game and I kept wandering around the Wasteland not really knowing where I was going or why, which of course resulted in me being killed by everything from Super Mutants to Molerats. After having put the game aside for a few weeks and then starting to play it again I got the hang of it, and after having leveled up my character I could actually play for hours without being killed. This game is MASSIVE and will bring you hours and hours of fun! The combination of the FPS, with the V.A.T.S. "pause, zoom in and shoot", and RPG is awesome! There are so many characters, so many decisions to be made, so many different places to explore... And I just love how your decisions effect your characters karma and how other characters respond to him/her. Well, my point is - the game may feel a bit difficult or slow at first but give it another chance and you WILL NOT regret it!! After having played Fallout 3 I couldn't help buying Fallout 3 GOTY-edition. Yes, Fallout 3 GOTY-edition does have a few glitches and can lag at times, but for me this does not ruin the overall gaming experience. A real masterpiece!

Fallout 3 is a very addictive game, where players can literally interact with anything they see with the wasteland. The characters all have a great story to tell and the gameplay always keeps you motivated to continue on, unlike a lot of other RPG games where you get bored after a couple of days.

The winner of more than 20 game of the year awards , Fallout 3 GOTY edition is the best value RPG to be released, with the original game and all its downloadable content at the pice of 1 ! A game which will last hundreds of hours filled with nothing but post-apocalyptic action and pure american excitement , this is surely one to buy.

im not normaly one for single player only games i like to have the option of online but this game is an exeption its a great game and will bring days of fun patroling the wastes and the expansions

Fallout 3 is an action RPG, or FPG as in First-Person Role Playing Game. It features an apocaliptic world (as all it's predecessors), but now within the First Person perspective. You're a vault dweller (a vault was a bunker-like structure built before the drop of the nuclear bombs to provide shelter for everyone who entered them through a rigourous selection process) and now, when you turn 18 everything changes. Your life in the vault, once peaceful and with everything you needed is about to end as your father broke the most important rule of your vault... never open it. Your father is gone and now you leave too in order to look for him and get some answers on why he did it and left you behind. Throught your path you'll find many interactive characters, with whom you can talk, choosing your own path on the conversations and your course of action, more action and killing or a more civilized one. With loads of side quests that you can do for various NPC's from true friends to some shady characters, Fallout offers more than 100hours of gameplay and a system that allows your character to level up, giving you bonus in the form of special perks. Undoubtefully a lifetime experience and worth playing game. This version also presents you with the 5 DLC's for Fallout 3, all of them with new weapons, new friends, and new enemies. You'll travel to the past and find yourself on board of an alien spaceship just to name a few of your new options available. With all the DLC's you get more 10 levels for your character making it possible to reach level 30 now, and play for at least 20 or 30 more hours. Deffinitely worth buying.

The fear of nuclear wars is amongst many of the millions of people all across the globe, and Fallout 3 presents a worst case scenario of nuclear war. Fallout 3 is a first and third person shooter role playing game, meaning that one can customize his armor, his weapons, decide the fate of any characters met in the game and has got some kick ass physics aswell. However, it is a slow paced rpg. This has been the reason to some negative comments about the game. If you are patient and if you are into RPG series then this game is a must, and enjoy the story unfold. Another factor which I have loved in the game is the theme, being traditional 1930s classics. Even though they might be outdated to some, they make the game so much better. I cannot emphasize enough on how worth buying the game of the year edition is! The pricing for every expansion pack is around £9.99 on PSN, and imagine£ you've got five of them! Seriously just buy it ;)

Falout 3 is the exellence of modern post-apocalyptic RPG game. It offers huge world full of interesting creatures, multiple quests, powerful weapons and strong armor, all for you to discover. The graphics are totally great, as well as music. Classic radio stations relate to before-war times. Visit Vault 101 as fast as you can, because it might be the best adventure of your life.

Nothing needs to be said about this surely? The best game of last year, and one for the ages. This is in my all time top 3 best games of all time, and it will surely be in your too!
