Director Richard Kelly is certainly a phenomenon. The Box is perhaps not as creative as Donnie Darko, but it's still different. The first half-hour builds up tension, followed by turns, and seemingly insignificant clues. The final solution does not seem forced and leaves room for thought.

The Box is a smart thriller, with a fresh story that is different to any other thriller! Cameron Diaz is a great actress, and she proves it in this film! Perfect on blu ray!
