I have seen this a couple of times now and still despair of mans inhumanity to man and the incompetence of people in charge of the destiny of hundreds of thousands of soldiers, airmen & navy personnel. This series should be shown in schools of all religion and colour as a warning that this is still happening in countries in the name of religion, race and territory. To the people who still deny the holocaust, watch this series and then decide. This is the definitive collection of films and documentaries for the second world war.

I have viewed the entire series here in the States and was very surprised by the quality of your offering. It seems like a brand new series. Your service and delivery processes should be commended. Maybe you should appear on Facebook and Twitter on a larger scale to call attention to your operation. Your service and price is truly first-rate!

I remember watching this series many years ago when shown on TV for the first time. This restored and digitised edition is superb and truely shows the horrors of war and what the young men and women went through to keep us free. An absolute must for anyone interested in WWII.

Having recently visited Berlin, I decided it was time to learn about the events that changed the face of Europe and try and understand the reasons behind the events of World War 2 and especially learn about the people who were involved in the horror and the heroics. The World At War: The Ultimate Restored Edition is by far the best historical collection I have seen. I would recommend this set if you have an interest in history.

This has always been a favourite series but never enough time to watch it. Things look so bad in the first 2 years it looks like the end of civilisation as we know it. I am only half way through but have thoroughly enjoyed it so far.

I used to watch this with my dad who is no longer with us. Brilliant and good to watch when I want without missing any episodes

Detailed interviews with people who where the there from SS officers, Russian, American, British Soldiers to civilians in occupied countries and Survivor's from concentration camp and prisoners of war. A must have for anyone studying the holicost for RE or History for WW 2.
