Includes the atmospheric depth of the first Dead Space with a lot better graphic and handling. I'm looking forward to the third Dead Space.

After playing Dead Space I could'nt wait to buy the second part. And what can I say? Dead Space 2 is a very good successor. The gameplay and graphics are very much the same as in part 1 and the atmosphere is very intense. When you like movies or other games playing in that kind of scifi-scenario then Dead Space 2 is definitely worth a try.

Very good singal player game! worth the money for just that but the multiplayer has connection issues with some player not allowing them to find game easly.

Dead Space 2 is amazing from all points of view! The story, gameplay, art and direct all do their job, even if the game is more action orientated than before. Isaac now speaks and it is more interactive than the original game. The gameplay offers more variety such as hacking terminals, in the style of a mini game, and crawling through vents. The best time is when you are in Zero-Gravity mode, this is a great improvement. Absolutely spectacular!

Dead Space 2 is a sequel to critically aclaimed Dead Space from 2008. It is a horror TPS shooter which combines some element from Resident Evil series bringing it to a new level. You play as engineer Isac Clarke, former member of crew from intergalactic ship Ishimura. Ishimura was overwhelmed by mutants and you are the only one who survived. In DS 2 you are on Titan, one of Saturns moon for observation. But suddenly a mutant outbreak happens and you must take your role. Gameplay is similar to the Resident Evil series, combining elements of horror with small amount of amunition and accessories.That raises level of tactics and game becomes more challenging. Horror elements are based on random enemies that pops out from walls and dark places, and that part will be quite sterile to older horror players, but it will be acceptable to new player in that genre. Graphic engine is the same as in first game, but now it has better lightning and game insists on antiutopia cities which were seen in game like Bioshock. That and perfect music and sound raises atmosphere. To sums it up, Dead Space 2 is a very good sequal which gives better experience and brings something new in the horror genre.

Full of "shockers",story twists and all around horror filled corridors,the game continues the story of Isaac,who can now speak(He was a mute in Dead Space 1).Now,the dialogues add a much bigger story element,and are a great addition.If you like horror and/or sci-fi stuff,get this to be thrilled to your bones.
