Halo Wars is a brilliant game that's well worth buying. I never get bored of it and the server is good, so you don't lag all the time.

Most people don't have much love for Halo Wars. But I actually like it. It is a different kind of Halo game. I am a big fan of strategy games, and this is my first strategy game on Xbox. I was a bit skeptical about the execution and the ease of control. I was surprised that everything worked great. The tutorials are short and easy to follow. The commands are easy to remember, the battlefield is easy to navigate, and the units are easy to command. Inside you can find a code to download additional maps and game modes from Xbox Live for free. I would recommend this to every strategy fan, that is playing on the Xbox. If you are a Halo fan, but don't like strategy games, it is very likely that this game will feel like a letdown.

Halo Wars is a nice game.

Not a bad strategic game, came sealed, and is a good product. The game was surprisingly detailed for a console game. Not bad gameplay if you're into strategic warfare.

Halo Wars is a great game. It comes with bonus maps and game modes, which is excellent. The only problem is the lack of players online these days, due to the age of the game. Most of these players are highly experienced, and know the ins and outs of the game, so anyone new to this game online will struggle for a while until they pick up the best tactics. Campaign mode is superb, with 15 missions in total with plenty of playback material. It still doesn't compare to the FPS halo games though, but it is something different within the Halo universe.

I bought this for my son, and by the look of it, he isn't disappointed one bit! The graphics look good, and the game-play seems very action-packed. It's a game that definitely keeps you on your toes. I recommend it.

Halo Wars is very similar to Command and Conquer but much better to handle on the Xbox360. It's a big fun with well known enemies from the Halo games. Great fun for all Halo or Command and Conquer fans.

Highly recommended to any Halo fans who also enjoy RTS games. Esspecially at this great price. Really nailed the controls for a console too. :)
