I watched this comedy when it first came on television, and I didn't get as far as watching series 4 and 5 but I'm making up for missing out now. I'm half-way through series three and it is still as funny as I remember it was back then. Thora Hird is the queen of the straight face and Christopher Beeny is a perfect foil for her. Who would have thought that the life of an undertaker could be so funny?! According to these guys, it really is. I'd recommend this series to anyone.
