The game is a great dark thriller/mystery. A successful business man haunted by a past trauma is given a strange birthday present by his younger brother, a voucher for a real life game. What follows is a twisting turning conundrum of a movie which is highly enjoyable. There is a problem with the transfer, it's not as sharp or as accomplished as it should be and is particularly noticeable in the darker scenes, of which there are quite a few. The movie gets a 4/5 score. The blue ray transfer gets a 2/5 There are zero extras.

The Game was an interesting and well-shot thriller despite having an ending which felt like too much.

Directed by David Fincher, who brought us the likes of Fight Club and Seven. You can see this movie has dark tones that those movies have. He is a unique Director, I'd watch any of his movies. The game is such a great thriller, that keeps you on the edge of your seat throughout. The video quality of this Blu-ray is faultless.
