I got these Lenco Noise Cancelling Headphones and I have been really impressed with the way they block out background noise - like my 14 year old son blowing up the world on his Xbox in the adjoining room! The headphones are really well padded & fully adjustable for a snug fit. With the noise cancelling turned off the sound is dull & muffled, but turned on it's really impressive & I don't have to have the volume turned up to 11 to achieve total noise blocking. Would definitely reccomend.
