Just as people did with the LOST series, people are focused on the action, answers, deaths etc. That is not the main attraction of this series. The fact that you follow one man attempting to adjust to a life that is haunted by zombies desperately trying to find his family is what its all about. If the characters were 2 dimenensional and unbelievable then this could have easily been made into yet another attempt at a 2 hour zombie film but it far surpasses that. I'm not one to ruin the series for anyone and i don;t enjoy giving spoilers or plot layouts at all as i was one of the few people who purposely didn;t read the comics and decided to wait for the series to be released. I feel that the casting was brilliant, I'm extremely glad aBritish actor was chosen for the protagonist and it pays! Everything is so well structured that its past the point of "wow this could actually happen" It's now one of my favourite series of all time and I can't wait for series 2! As my brother said this is like "one great long film with a lot more character background" This coming from someone who despises Zombie films yet he loved this. I would recommend this to anyone who loved LOST, or anything character based (especially the comic book readers too) BUY IT!
