A much heavier and older looking Kilmer plays a Doctor working for a medicins sans frontieres type organisation who gets mistaken for a diamond dealing secret agent and sidetracked into helping a mysterious blonde. Nothing new plot wise, Kilmer is good but the film is dreadfully let down by use of mobile phones and modern cars when it is supposed to be set in Bulgaria in 1992!
