Despite what everyone else has said, I think Need For Speed The Run is an excellent game, both on and offline.

Great game, great graphics, the Frostbite 2 engine is demonstrating its potential. if you're into this style, this game you have to have! I and thousands more people can you ensure that a purchase if or if you have to do!

The game is great. Very good graphics good framerate. Story of the game is fantastic. Downside to the game is long loading time and the game is very short.

A very good, fast paced edition to the Need for Speed family. Extremely playable and hard to put the pad down. Keep up the good work!

Need For Speed: The Run looks brilliant, excellent graphics and a promising storyline of one long continuous race, however it's let down in its execution. The actual gameplay consists of segments of driving that involves simple and overly used objectives such as pass 5 cars, stay in first place, catch your rival, evade the police etc. The handling of the cars seems a little off, not as good as the previous Need For Speeds. There are also a few scripted on foot scenes where you have to press the right button at the right time to continue, however this can easily be passed as the button presses are always the same. If you don't mind it's faults and you don't expect it to blow you away then it's a fun little game that presents a decent challenge.

I bought Need For Speed : The Run as a presant for a friend and he has not stopped playing it ever since. My other friend had a go and bought his own straight away. If you love car games you will love this.

The run is not the underground II, but is a good game and we can enjoy good online races.

I recently bought an XBOX 360 game for my boyfriend and I was very impressed with the service from Zavvi! It was delivered well within the delivery time stated and I was also very impressed with the price I paid for the game. In HMV, GAME etc, this particular game was a lot more expensive so when I seen this on Zavvi for the price advertised, I had to purchase. Will definitely be using Zavvi again...
